A Look at ADD ADHD

ADD ADHD are essentially both the same kind of disorders. ADD is attention deficit disorder and ADHD is attention deficit hyper disorder. The only difference is that ADHD is more pronounced, meaning that other people can see it more clearly. For example, people with this disorder cannot pay attention for a long time. A kid with ADD would fumble with his hands at his desk, while a kid with ADHD would be running around instead of being in his desk.
